I waited over one year for a procedure and then was told that i wasn't on a waiting list . I found the Consultants secretary of no help couldn't careless attitude. This same person has never replied to my messages Following this and after many further phone calls to different departments and an apology from a reasonable Doctor I was sent an admission date for a simple procedure. The procedure required a general anaesthetic. I went for pre admission. A week later I was informed by someone from pre admission the procedure was cancelled. I need a CT scan!

I discovered today cancelled 'unfit.' And advised if I hadn't heard anything with in a week to contact the Consultants secretary. This secretary actually picked up the phone this morning but said she didn't know anything! It is now 12 days!

How disgraceful and frustrating the system is at this hospital.
