I am writing this letter to give praise and credit for the wonderful treatment I received at your hospital. On the 2nd of december I travelled from Kidderminster on a days visit to Romsey where I suffered a heart attack, the efficiency of the response car and ambulance crew members getting me to a&e was second to none. Arriving at a&e I was practically unconcious but remember a wonderful young man who was in a navy blue uniform I presume he was a charge nurse their calm voice and manner gave me a lot of confidence in what was happening to me, every time I encountered them they always had time to greet and talk to me, my family and friends also send their thanks for their caring and helpfulness, after wonderful caring in intensive care I then went to the lab for my angioplasty were I encountered a wonderful person on reception who took the time to chat and made me feel comfortable while waiting for this procedure,I was then put on ward e2 everyone was amazing they were all extremely busy but nothing was ever too much trouble, there were some nurses who when I got emotional being a long way from home gave such care and support Im sorry not to remember everyone because all were a credit to the hospital. So on behalf of my family and my self a very big thankyou to a wonderful hospital for giving me my life back
