At the time of writing this I am still waiting for an appointment to have a lumbar puncture, I saw the consultant in July of 2012 had MRI in Aug 2012 then follow up in Feb 2013(which I think is too long to wait for results) when I was told I needed Lumbar Puncture, why could this not have been arranged last year so I could have been given all results in Feb. My follow up appointments keep getting changed 'due to unforseen cicumstances' but to move it from June to October is unacceptable. I have spoke to the secretary and was told on April 15th that my clinic notes from Feb had not been typed up therefore no LP app arranged. I appreciate they are busy people but these are peoples lives not just words on paper we deserve better , I have not had info on how long before I even get an app for LP never mind why app has been moved from June to October, as patients we don't move apps 'due to unforseen circumstances' if we did we would be taken off the list so why do they do it to us? Extremely dissatified...
