My son was involved in an accident where he was hit by a car whilst cycling. From the moment the ambulance arrived, plus the two off duty paramedics who also stopped he received fantastic care.

At A&E he was seen immediately and we were kept fully informed about his condition and what was being done and why throughout.

For those that complain about waiting times etc. ( myself included!) when you are involved in a real emergency you realise just how good the NHS really is.

A big thank you to all the people who looked after my son !!
