About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

We were kept informed at all times regarding her treatment. The Doctors communicated in an effective and efficient manner with my mother and my father. Their explanations were clear and they took time to ensure that they had been understood. The nurses were professional, polite, caring and organised. Tina was designated as my mother's nurse and despite being busy with other patients ensured that we were not forgotten and checked on my mother frequently.
