I unfortunately have to attend SGH pretty regular for Pain Management infusion treatment usually on ward 27, I have nothing negative to say about the hospital and this day care ward and have been attending now for over 6 years roughly every 5/6 months for a 16 week course. The staff are very friendly and helpful even though they are under pressure they always make you feel comfortable.

The appointments system sometimes causes problems i.e. they can forget follow up appointments and miss treatment times, but if you are willing to chase up via you phone the issues are usually sorted out.
