My stepfather is being "cared for" by Swindon District Nurses to dress a large wound following a fall. I could write a book but in summary:
They never have the right dressings
They have twice promised to fax the patients surgery to organise dressings but not done so.
They have used a non sterile dressing from a first aid kit
They are impossible to communicate with
"Poor service on wound care & dressings"
