6 months ago I complained about the length of wait in the eye dept at St. Helens hospital as I had been taking my elderly father there for several years and dreaded the experience every time.
It was promised that a change had been made and I can happily say that it had on my last visit a few days ago.
The waiting areas were less crowded, which led to a more relaxed and positive visit. Thank you for listening and bringing about a change.
