"Still waiting for sons operation since November..."

My son has been waiting since November 2012 to have his tonsils and adenoids out. I have tried to contact ENT department but the phone justs rings. I am at my wits end on who to contact to ser how long it will be. We have had no more information since seeing consultant and signing consent form at Loughborough hospital.

Can anyone shed any light on how long he is going to have to wait

Thankyou for your email raising concerns regarding your sons wait for surgery. I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the experience that you have had in trying to contact the ENT department. It would be very helpful to have your sons details and confirmation of the telephone number that you have been trying to contact the ENT department on. I can then thoroughly investigate and respond more fully to your query. This will also enable me to review where your son is on the surgical waiting list.
