What I liked
First I wish to pay me deepest respect to the Ambulance personnel who took me to the A&E Department, thank you so much. The A&E personnel helped ease my kidney stone pain that decided to start its journey down the right ureter passage. the Doctors were very nice so were the Nurses & Orderly s.
that day I cried at night just remembering the different circumstances between this Hospital and another back home in Iraq.
I salute the Royal Berkshire and the Ambulance Personnel.
What could be improved
more staff. the staff look like they are in a dash race.
My wife was not Allowed in the A&E, She had no idea what was wrong with me, up to now I don't understand why she was not allowed in. one of the A&E Orderly's even told her you are not allowed to ask about his status unless i come out to the car park and tell you myself.
"First I wish to pay me deepest ..."
