What I liked

I spent a week on Northbrook ward. the staff were friendly helpful and efficient. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The staff were extemely hard working they explained everything that was happening to me and were very reasuring. The playworkers did their utmost to provide me with activities to ocupy me during my stay.

What could be improved

the cost of parking is extortionate and it is not possible to pay for complete days when parents are staying with children at the hotel.
