Anything else?
I came to visit a consultant to discuss my options (gynae) going forward and found her to be very patronising... smirking throughout the appt whilst im nearly in tears!
Initially Princess Anne requested consultant details for Portsmouth QA to discuss previous surgery and to have a full overview of what had been done. When i questionned whether this consultant had obtained these details she laughed and said no... she was sorry but it had happened to several others too. They were not going to contact Portsmouth QA as the history was not necessary... why was this requested initially then!
I was then provided a time scale of waiting time for surgery and told 3-4 months, i was impressed by this but am yet to receive an appointment date, i therefore contacted the hospital today (after waiting near 4 weeks) and was told ' oh know, thats Dr's waiting list is very long. We'd contact you at the earliest, end of July just to discuss surgery and see my availability, the wait could then be longer. Surgery is a very big thing for me and to be told it would all be done within 4 months was a shock now im over this i now have to deal with a never ending waiting list. Why do you lie to patients!
Also, the infertility section is incorporated within the ultrasound unit for pregnancies..... kick in the teeth!
"Very disappointed with Princess Anne!"
