What I liked
My husband and I were visiting Basingstoke when he had a fall and dislocated his shoulder. A triage nurse saw us almost immediately and then we waited for what can only be described as a very acceptable time.
We were first seen by a nurse who was kindness and efficiency itself, she then summoned the doctor who ordered x rays, the x ray department was so efficient. The doctor then reset my husbands shoulder. I cannot speak more highly of the treatment we received from beginning to end. The staff and facilities in your hospital are second to none. Thank you very much.
What could be improved
From our point of view - nothing.
