Went to Urgent Care Centre , Waited for one and half hour and then left.

So much disappointed. No interest of the staff for the patients.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the wait in the Urgent Care Centre. We treat all patients in order of clinical need, not time of arrival in the UCC. This means that for patients with less serious conditions, there can sometimes be a long wait, although we try to keep waits to a minimum. Sometimes patients can get faster treatment by visiting a pharmacy, calling 111 or getting help from their local GP, although without more details, it's not possible to know whether this would have been a better option for you on this occasion.
