What could be improved
First thing - the website does not (as far as I could establish) have a plan showing the location of the various departments and wards.
Having an appointment at a certain department, I had to ring up patient services to find out where to go, without walking all over the place in search of it.
More, perhaps, when I have been to the appointment.
