Well I have sent two letter of complaints at Whipps Cross PALS and on to the Ward at Whips Cross on why my mother

1.She lost appetite while she was on their care but as us usual the PALS will just send you auto response letter. This is a joke! an auto response letter. left two letters at the Ward where my mom was, still no action been done. That hospital left her health to deteriorate. The nurses didnt even know she has lost appetite and vomiting whe she tries to swallow her food, until I sent them my first letter of complaint

2: My mom then had an accident in the ward she had a fall in the toilet. Thank you for the so called consultant and nurses they didnt even send my mom to have x- ray or scan to check if she had a blood clot on her head or any fracture. 24 days after her fall she died. They said it was heart attack... . just disappointed. When she died there was no heart specialist around on the hospital... they have to call someone from other Doctor no. 1 from other hospital. then Doctor no. 1 came called onother consultant Doctor no. 2 to help doctor no1. When Doctor no. 2 came. calling onother doctor doctor no. 3 on his phone on how to save my moms life. This guys are a joke.....
