What I liked
As I was taken to the department after an accident I had excellent care. I was in great pain on arrival but I was given painkillers straight away. What I did notice during my stay that the staff were stretched and extremely busy with people being rude-it was unpleasant to watch as the care given was excellent. Thanks.
What could be improved
Clearly the department is too small, why is there a new hospital next to it?
