Prior to my visit to the Trust on April 3rd, I had a very good counselling session, was provided with very useful information on bowel cancer and the process in a patient friendly manner. They also attended my colonoscopy.

Consultant, nurses, the counsellor plus the other staff who provided me with tea and biscuits after the process were all very friendly and professional.

I did go round in circles once as the signage seemed a bit wrong after the cafeteria.
