I attended the Day Surgery Unit for a minor orthopaedic procedure. This was my first visit to Royal Lancaster , apart from outpatient appointments. From entering to leaving, the care was exemplary.

Staff were busy, but needs were met as promptly as possible. There was also a feeling of excellent team work. They had the ability to make each patient feel special, and that their experience would be as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

Please don't change, just keep up the good work, and remember that you are all 'Worthy of Praise'. Thank you.
