"Trying to confirm a email address"

Anything else?

Well that was respectful of the woman at 17:45. The person who answered the phone, part gave me an email address, but then realised it was the wrong person, got flustered and made a excused and slammed the phone down on me.

So looks like the comments from others on here and justified.

Oh it was the Anticoagulant Therapy, normally has a message system on after hours?

Response from Doddington Hospital

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us. I was most sorry to read about your experience in contacting our Anticoagulant Therapy Team. I would like to assure you that your contact with our service fell very short of the normal high standard of care and customer service that we expect across the trust. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you in person as we would like to make sure that other patients do not receive a similar level of service to the one you described. Please can you either telephone or e-mail our PALS team on: 01480 355 184 / 0800279 2535/ E-mail: ccs-tr.pals@nhs.net We look forward to hearing back from you.
