What could be improved

I telephoned as requested in advance of going and seeing the accident and emergency section. I was told my symptoms sounded like conjuntivitis and sent back to work (which shouldnt have happened if i contagous) and told rather rudely to come back at 3pm. The nurse made me feel stupid and if it was not for the fact i was in agony with my eye which i think was mis-diagnosed as ive had more conjuntivitis than hot dinners, i wouldnt have chosen to go back .
