Anything else?

I was in ward B4 for an overnight stay.post inguinal hernia procedure, it was my first ever surgical procedure and naturally felt apprehension,but the staff were very helpful and most of my anxiety was ill founded. 3wks later and i am back to doing light tasks,but have overdone the walking almost from day i came home. But the only occasional discomfort is from scar tissue.
