"Kidney stone"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Anything else?

I was in for a kidney stone to be lasered and the op went great, I was taken to the high dependency ward for the rest of my recovery where the nurse's looked after me to the highest standard I ever had the luck to see, nothing was too much for them, they made my stay very comfortable even though it was my private parts that were the main concern they made me feel as my dignity was 100% totally intact.

I would like to thank every single one of the Dr's, surgeons and nursing staff for treating me with respect and looking after me so well, even the porters and cleaning stay were friendly which help make my stay comfortable

Thank you all very much

Andy Nuttall

Patients say again and again that respect and dignity really matter to them when they are in hospital so it is good to know that you were so satisfied with your experience here. It is good of you to let us and other people know of your views and we will certainly pass on your comments to the staff. Thank you.
