I gave the hospital 4 as my prior appointments always ran late which is expected but 2-3 hours late is too much

DB day unit alone is a 5

I am still in my bed here after having a liver biopsy and the staff care is fantastic- they are finny caring and on the ball. I am constantly asked if i am ok and if i need anything- they calmed me down really well as i was nervous and o cant praise them enough

I was taken to the Bexley wing to have it done and the doctor was friendly and the two health assistants and nurses there were great- one even held my hand bless her

Thank you for putting me at ease , in particular one member of staff of the DB day unit who has been taking my vitals regularly-she is a credit to the trust
