"Long awaited operation"

About: Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

Having broken my nose in February 2012 the length of time I had to wait to see a consultant was too long. My first appointment was June and again in August.

The operation was eventually done in September and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

However I do feel that having to wait to wait 7 months for an operation is not good enough.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments wit us. I am sorry to read you experienced a delay in receiving an appointment for your operation. All appointments for operations are organised by the hospital department, if you are able to share some more information about your referral I would be happy to look into this for you.
