I had surgery last Thurs, the doctor was very reassuring kind and so efficient

Everything was explained to me before hand also the doctor talked to me throughout the surgery explaining what she was doing she made me feel so relaxed, her assistant was equally efficient my aftercare in the Observation ward was excellent throughout the night the nurses answered my buzzer immediately and were so kind and helpful I have not experienced care like this before in a NHS hospital Well done and thank you
