ive been a patient at the r.v.i for a number of years the service is brilliant infact i call it my second home now everyone is very friendly and very helpfull.. most of my time spent at the r.v.i has been with the clarmont eye care department a very well organised department words can not do it justice but in my opinion absolutely brilliant .over the years spent at the r.v.i i have had 4 oprerations on my left eye the last one was a pioneering new method of removing an orbital cyst using glue injected in to the cyst invented by the wonderfull surgeon a truly remarkable lady.in my opinion the operation was a total success and this method is now being used successfully around the country . i leave my heart felt appreciation to this pioneering hospital and all the wonderfull people that work within its walls ... yours sincerely mr michael green
