What could be improved

As an observer at the Chest Clinic at the Community Hospital on Monday, 12th May, I was appalled that patients were waiting over two hours to be seen, with no reason why! One gentleman in a wheelchair had two visits from an ambulance waiting to take him home, another lady on crutches had to leave because she had an elderly father that needed attention.All these patients were being made to suffer unnecessary extra stress by this mis-management. Why!
