What I liked

The Trust's "motto" is "friendly professional care for all" and that is certainly what I received. The treatment was speedy and efficient without being rushed, Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional and people took time to explain things to me. I was provided with a copy of my discharge summary, which doesn't always happen in other hospitals, and I found the contents detailed and correct. It was useful knowing what the hospital were telling my GP. The food was very good and all the areas I came across were spotlessly clean. Lovely views of Poole Harbour too, if you end up in the right ward!
