What I liked

I was impressed by the speed with which my son was seen by his names consultant in outpatients. All my questions were fully answered and I was encouraged to contact them if I had any further concerns.

What could be improved

A relatively minor comment, but I was aware that the outpatient consulting rooms were not sound-proofed as I could hear parts of a conversation whilst I was waiting. However, this has happened in other hospitals too.
