I felt it important to convey my appreciation to all the staff of ward 23 for the care they have given to my 86 year old Father in his short stay there - they were caring, understanding, compassionate and extremely pleasant. Unlike their counterparts on ward C18 at Royal Blackburn who were appalling. Well done Burnley you are a credit to the NHS.

‘Thank you for leaving this feedback. We always take comments from out patients very seriously, and use them to try and improve our services. The Ward is a Community Ward in a general hospital setting, and has only recently been opened.
