I became unwell & had a faint whilst attending the dental hospital, this was due to an unknown allergy to medication for a different condition. The staff - all of them - from the reception staff onwards were wonderful. I felt totally cared for in a very dignified manner. We need to protect the NHS here in the UK. There are a lot of little problems that need ironing out, but at the end of the day I feel that each employee gives their best for the organisation. The RVI in Newcastle is a fabulous hospital. We are lucky here in the North easy to have such excellent services.
