My Father was transferred to Bicester after being in the JR for a month. We couldn't have asked for better care. Everyone including catering, housekeeping and care staff were fantastic. My father was treated with dignity and respect - sadly lacking at the JR, until he passed away. All the staff were supportive to his family especially when we stayed at his bedside overnight.
