"Walkin centre"

Anything else?

The reception staff are very rude,The reception desk is so open that there is no privacy when giving your details to them so all can here, there is no water for the patients only 2 small jugs filled by the reception staff which is mainly empty. No television in the waiting area and the appalling way the staff ignore you when you are in the queue whilst talking on the phone.Long walk to the main entrance especially for people with injuries who are unable to walk or have cars.No restaurant to have a decent food to eat whislt waiting for several hours....what a disappointing wasteof money spent on the new building....even one of the nurses was complaining to me about not having water for the patients and have 1 toilet for over 40 staff which ids unisex. One patients young child scalded her hand washing her hands in one of the treatment rooms as there is only hot water coming through the taps not a mixer tap...get it right finchley memorial, the old walkin centre was lot better, I go to Barnet now atleast I can get happy reception and somewhere I can sit and atleast have a hot drink and something to eat whilst waiting to be seen. What a disappointment this hospital is to finchley residents.
