Confidentiaity out the window, I went to complain about my mums glasses, but had to sit discussing my problem in front of 3 people all talking on the phone, couldn't hear myself let alone the lady i was talking to hearing me. It wa silly .

But also i could hear everything the other lady on the phone was saying.
