"Reception Staff and their customer service skills"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

The newly renovated Accident and Emergency department at St. George's Hospital is very nice and the diagrams are very reassuring.

The Doctors and Nurses are honest and professional, however the Reception Staff, not all but some are very rude, abrupt and obnoxious.

This is unfortunate as this is your first point of call and not what anyone needs when they are in great pain and need of a caring and gentle person to assist them. They let down the whole process and need to be weeded out.
