Lack of communation between departments, an example; booked in on 16th August for x ray 8-30am before I was to see doctor at 8-45am x-ray opens at 9am, saw them 9-45 was told by doctor to go for blood test but someone had forgotten to tell me it was a fasting blood test,was told by doctor to pick a piece of equipment up 'on the way out' date available 15th October he wanted to see me within a month on16th August my appointment has come through for the 1st November.
