Just to say that when I attended the above dept. for tests recently, the staff in this area were so friendly and efficient, I felt that I should write to show our appreciation. Unfortunately, you do not come across this very often these days as people can be surly and abrupt, but this seemed a very 'happy to help' dept. Please could you pass on our praise so they know it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you .
