What I liked
My aunt came to your hospital. Her appointment was at 11am. She was kept waiting until 4pm. She then had to ask for her results and eventually got them at 5pm.
Doctor did not have her medical history.
Doctor did not know why he was seeing her.
Doctor not very polite.
What could be improved
Kepp appointments running on time.
Don't keep 80 year olds waiting all day in a frezzing cold waiting area.
Make sure Doctors know who they are talking to and what their history is.
"My aunt came to your hospital. ..."
