Anything else?
Following a radical hysterectomy and radiotherapy in 2012, arrangements for which were made speedily and efficiently, I was contacted by a specialist nurse -whose name I don't remember as otherwise I would thank her personally - who asked me how I was getting on and if I would be interested in any support, like, for example, exercise to help both physically and psychologically with the after-effects of my surgery and treatment...
She told me about the Aqua Silver Group, as well as sending me other leaflets as well, and although it took me a couple of months to get my act together, I have now started at the Oasis Centre............. and..........It is absolutely fabulous there!!!
...The trainer is really excellent and the group of people [in the main, ladies] are so welcoming and friendly.
I am now attending regularly and already after a short time only, am feeling the benefits....
Thank you so much to the Specialist Nurse on Gynae for recommending this........
"Great Backup!!"
