"How the hospital saved my life "

About: University College Hospital

(as the patient),

I went for a day surgery op but it didn't go to plan. I was told of the risks so this is why I went to London from Cornwall, I was just unlucky that was all.

I was very poorly being resusitated and on life support for a short time but the care I had, even to the chap bringing food around, he always asked if there was anything I really wanted and did just that.

Nursing staff washing me, helping me out of bed, nothing was too much trouble. So much care was given to me in intensive care by nurses.

I asked my husband if I had been on silk sheets, but it was just my back when she turned was creamed every time.

Thanks to all of you, I owe you my life.

Thnak you for your kind comments which have been forwarded to the general manager. Such comments mean so much to the clinical teams and support staff.
