"Bladder tumor removal at Princess Alexander Harlow"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

(as the patient),

After many years in private health care, retirement means I'm now with the NHS.

I've had a few of these bladder tumours removed up to now and his was my first experience with this a theh PA Harlow.

I was dealt with promptly, politely and with dignity. I experienced little pain this time and was in and out in the same day.

The consultant Miss Anderson listened to my requests and performed the procedure leaving me with little after effects.

The Tye Green Ward was very clean, light and the staff helpful and efficient. Also can't fault the food or the service.

In and out in the same day, tumor out, back to my life again!

It is really wonderful to read your positive feedback and to be able to pass it on to Miss Anderson, Tye Green and of course the in-house hospital catering team with regard to your comment about food.

Patients and members of the public are telling us that services are improving at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, but we also know we've some further work to do to consistently deliver excellent care.
