Anything else?
Total farce. Within the self-congratulatory endorsement of the company's services on its website, it states 'the (Priory) group expects all its employees to deliver the highest standards of treatment, care, intervention and education.'
Do these high standards incorporate being quoted a price £200 less for an intial consultation than it actually turned out to cost? Do these ethics encompass being interrogated by a doctor during said initial assessment in a manner displaying an appalling lack of sensitivity to somebody suffering from complex mental health issues? Or maybe these very noble sttaff expectations were evident in a high level administrator's failure to return two phone calls.
I do not like being treated with total disprespect and indignity in any circumstances, least of all within an environment that claims to imbue understanding and safety for people dealing with traumatic episodes.
"Pathetic"
