I had a bad tooth infection and had to seek emergency dental care. I was sent to St Johns doctors in Halifax on friday at ten to 6 in the evening. By time I got there I was quite severely ill, nearly passing out the pain was that bad. I found the doctor and the dentist that dealt with me to be very kind, professional and friendly, calming me down alot and helping deal with my nausea before treatment was started.
The treatment has helped massively and I would like to thank everybody in the surgery who dealt with me that day, not least because they waited in the surgery for me at 6pm and couldn't go home until my treatment had been completed.
They are a credit to the NHS and I am very glad I was dealt with so professionally.
The only complaint I have is with the 111 number I rang at 9am that morning and had to ring back 4 times to get my appointment, but I of course realise this was through no fault of the staff at St Johns surgery.
