3 weeks after visiting my local GP re a small mole on my face I received an appointment at St. John's outpatients 4 for 3.15 pm a couple of weeks later.
I arrived just before 3pm & was walking out of the hospital (with an appointment to have it removed 3 weeks later ) at 3.20 pm.
At my appointment to have it removed same thing, I arrived 15 min early & I was in and out, having the mole removed pain free in 30 min. A great service from St. John's outpatient 4 department.
A credit to the doctors, nurses & staff that run a very efficient service. Well done
