The glue on your envelope does not work!

Tho I had no contact with my gp about the referral, I was informed by the optician about all the facts.

I am glad to read you are happy with the TRAC service and wish you all the best for the remainder of your care. The envelopes we use are made from recycled paper and sometimes are a little tough to stick down, thank you for persevering.
