What I liked

The staff were helpful and friendly and reassuring. The environment was clean.

What could be improved

As a vegetarian I found it difficult to obtain food. On several occasions I had just toast or crackers and lettuce as no vegetarian option had been sent to the ward or the portions had gone.

On a couple of occasions I had to wait a few hours for pain relief even though I had been offered it and was in considerable pain.
