(as the patient),

I am an older patient (aged over 50) and needed some corrective work done on my teeth. I was experiencing some specific difficulties and also some psychological discomfort, and it is quite difficult to adjust to wearing a brace at my age. The care and treatement I received from the excellent Dr Mandall, Dental Practioner Chris Exley, and the nursing team could not be bettered. Everyone is very informative and helpful, and uses their experience to help the patient deal with the implications of their reatment. The staff who work in the reception area are also very sensitive and discreet. I am sure that all these factors, taken together, lead to high levels of patient compliance. My treatment is now complete and I am very pleased with the cosmetic and functional result.
