What could be improved
Nearly everything! It was really dirty none of the staff were helpful they were rude and arrogant we had no idea what was happenin most of the time we were sat around waiting and we had no idea what for. all the nurses treated us like an inconvenience they were very ignorant and did nothing to comfort us. If the service anywhere else was as bad as this hospital i would ask for my money back. It was ridicolous and i would rather drive miles and miles in a diffrent direction than use this hospital again.
