"Great care at Great Western"

I was taken ill last year unexpectedly at work - went to A&E who decided to keep me in - 1 week later I was still not diagnosed, but once I was, they moved with great speed, informed me at all times, made sure I understood and was happy with what would happen and why.

I underwent major surgery, and was looked after beautifully by everyone who nursed or treated me. Staff were professional, helpful, courteous, and kind. I rarely felt like eating but the food was good, and always hot, -it's not a hotel, you're there to get better not give awards for cuisine!

I can't fault the care I was given day and night and take my hats off to all the staff at TGW - I couldn't do their job and they are the ones who deserve an award. If we had to do as the USA do maybe people would appreciate more what they have in our NHS.
